That girl who filmed Justin Bieber sleeping in Brazil may not be a hooker ... but she has been paid for sex -- at least that's what one porn site is claiming.

TMZ has learned HotMovies.com says they shot XXX video of the girl -- Tati Neves -- a few years ago ... and they plan to release it this week to come up off her newly popular name.

We've seen the scene and it's definitely your run of the mill porn ... with a slight Brazilian influence -- they're banging on a soccer field.

For what it's worth ... our Bieber sources are adamant the singer never touched Tati.

After seeing the video he may change his mind.

Box office: 'Thor 2' and 'Best Man Holiday' battle it out for No. 1

Thor may have met his match, and it's not Loki or evil elves. 

The belated comedy sequel "Best Man Holiday" narrowly upset holdover "Thor: The Dark World" for the top spot at the box office on Friday, although the Marvel sequel is still expected to win the weekend. 

Universal's "Holiday" picked up a surprising $10.7 million on Friday, with "Thor" barely behind with a still-strong $10.4 million.

However, "Best Man" is tracking to earn around $31 million for the weekend, while "Thor" will likely pick up a mightier $35 million or so. 

"Holiday" -- budgeted around just $17 million -- features stars Morris Chestnut, Taye Diggs, Regina Hall, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan and Nia Long all returning from the original, which opened to $9 million way back in 1999.

The Alan Taylor-directed "Thor" sequel has earned $119 million in the U.S. and could cross the $450 million mark globally by Monday, which would push it past the original 2011 "Thor's" total gross of $449.3 million.

Meanwhile, in third place was the comedy holdover "Last Vegas," which scored another $2.5 million, bringing its domestic total to $40.6 million. 

"Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa" crashed its way to No. 4, picking up another $2.3 million. Its North American total stands at an impressive $84.8 million. 

Relativity's animated film "Free Birds" rounded out the top five, with another $1.7 million. So far, the turkeys have gobbled up $35.6 million. 

Lionsgate's highly-anticipated sequel "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" is expected to dominate next weekend's box office.

Justin Bieber Knows How To Party!

Justin Bieber has been charged with disturbing the peace after police were called three times to his LA home for throwing a huge house party.

Justin Bieber angered his neighbors on Friday night (Nov 15th) after hosting a huge party at his LA home.

The police were reportedly called three or times to the rave which was attended by 100 partygoers, the noise proved to be too loud for the surrounding residents.

According to TMZ, a neighbour, who the 19 year-old has been feuding with, was responsible for calling the authorities at 1am.

It is believed that this is the same neighbor whoJustin allegedly spit in the face of earlier this year (Oct). According to reports at the time, the neighbor told cops Bieber said, "I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f**king kill you," at the time of the incident.

The wild party, which had rap legend Snoop Lion as a guest, didn't slow down and the disgruntled neighbor rang the police again at 3am, forcing a second visit by the LAPD.

The report also states the neighbor told TMZ that the police smelt marijuana inside but no arrests were made.

The 'Love Me' singer didn't take notice of the warnings at finally at 5.30am the police visited for a third time and filed a report against Bieber for disturbing the peace.

A full report will be written before the authorities decide to take the report to the LA County DA for possible prosecution.

This is only the latest run in the 'Boyfriend' singer has had with the authorities lately, while on his South American leg of the 'Believe' world tour Bieber was charged with Vandalism in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Canadian singer was photographed spray-painting a wall of a closed hotel, graffiti is illegal in Brazil and according to local authorities Bieber will be fined for "tagging or otherwise defiling a building or urban monument."

Let's wait and see how long it is before he gets in trouble once more.
